Scabies sores don’t differ much in appearance between children and adults. However, their location is often different. With infants and younger children, the scabies rash frequently manifests on the head, face, neck, soles of feet and palms of the hands. Scabies rashes do not usually appear on these parts of the body in older children and adults, although they can in some cases.
